New Delhi, October 18, 2014 – His Holiness Jayapataka Swami was discharged yesterday for a few days from the hospital where he stayed for 11 days. He is still under medical supervision as an Outpatient, and is meant to return to hospital to continue further treatment. The Doctors have agreed to discharge him under the condition that he is restricted in receiving visitors, and continues to have the precautions as per in hospital. Please let’s try to cooperate with his recovery and do not requests for personal visits. Regarding the health issues that were reported earlier, he is progressing positively and the prognosis is very encouraging. His disciples-staff is providing the regular services to him while he rests in a private residence for the time being. At the moment he is participating of the GBC meetings in Tirupati via Skype and attending to his correspondence. He is performing his Kartika-vrata daily and is very enlivened to hear devotees from different parts of the world reporting on the development of the Damodara Program. His Holiness Jayapataka Maharaja is on his usual enthusiastic spirit and is thankful of all those devotees who have sent their wishes for his speed recovery.
