Vamshi Bhavan is dedicated to our ISKCON Life Patrons with a full-fledged guest facility
operated under ISKCON Mayapur Hospitality Services, who seek an affordable and pleasant
devotional atmosphere.

Guest Rules and Guidelines
(For a peaceful and devotional stay in Sri Mayapur Dham)
1. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 10:00 AM
- Check-out: 09:00 AM
- Late check-out is subject to availability.
- Please present your Life Patron Card and a valid government ID at check-in.
2. Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Daily housekeeping is available between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Towels & linens are changed every alternate day.
- Please avoid eating in beds and maintain room cleanliness.
- Kindly switch off lights, fans, geysers & AC when leaving the room.
3. Dhama Etiquette (Very Important)
As Mayapur is a sacred place, Life patrons and guests are requested to follow:
- No meat, eggs, fish, onion, garlic
- No intoxicants
- Modest dress
- Observing silence after 9:30 PM
- Respecting dhama etiquette
Note: We do not accommodate unmarried couples within the campus. For a single stay, you
need a reference from the ISKCON Mayapur authorities. This ensures a peaceful spiritual
experience for everyone.
4. Prasadam for Life Patrons & Guests
Life Patrons receive Lunch and Dinner FREE prasadam at the Srila Prabhupada Kitchen.
Prasadam timings:
- Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Lunch: 01:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Guests of Life Patrons and non-life patrons may purchase prasadam separately.
5. Restrictions
To maintain safety and sanctity:
- No cooking in rooms (except Gauranga – Premium Suite room)
- No loud music, loud kirtan, or gatherings that disturb other guests.
- No outside electrical heating appliances (coil heater, induction, etc.).
- Do not move furniture or damage property.
- Pets are not allowed.
6. Room Occupancy
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.
- Visitors must take a “visiting pass” from the reception and leave the building before 9:00 PM.
- Visitors are allowed on prior request by the guest at the reception.
- Please do not let unknown persons enter your room.
7. Water & Geyser Usage
- Hot water is for bathing only.
- Avoid wasting water.
- Turn off the geyser after use.
- For drinking hot water. Please contact reception for the service.
8. Safety & Security
- Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the room.
- Do not leave valuables unattended; use your own lock if needed.
- In case of emergency, contact Security immediately, 24*7 available.
- Fire safety: smoking and candles are strictly prohibited.
9. Contact & Support
- Reception support: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- For housekeeping, maintenance, transport assistance, and prasadam queries, please dial the reception 24*7 available.

10. Departure
- Please return room keys to the reception during checkout.
- Any damages or missing items will be charged at actual cost.
- Kindly settle any outstanding payments before departure.
