Over 10,000 devotees who have been performing the great yajna of Navadvipa Mandala Parikrama for the past seven days, traversing in all the nine islands of Navadvipa, all came together as waves and waves of devotees pouring inside the ISKCON Mayapur Campus for a Maha Milan – grand union. It was great offering to Srila Prabhupada who desired that people of the whole world should come to Mayapur. From today begins the festivities in Mayapur! Today is Radha-Madhava Boat festival. On 12th, Elephant procession ( deity procession) will take place,13th is the Shantipur festival. Festivals which are celebrated throughout the year are celebrated during Gaura Purnima, for the benefit of visiting devotees to have preview of Mayapur festivals. From today, we shall be serving FREE FESTIVAL PRASADA for all the visiting devotees. We have ONE SLOT available for festival lunch prasada , i.e. on 15th March.
Festival committee is concerned that we have only 4 days to go for festival and still Gaura Purnima anukalpa prasad for pilgrims and community devotees are yet to be sponsored. Also, Jagannath Misra Feast is yet to be sponsored.
